  • 1 lime
  • 1 bunch celery
  • A handful of parsley leaves

The good part about this recipe is that though this requires a lot of ingredients, making it is as easy as putting the ingredients in a blender (with the apple and ginger being appropriately chopped) and blending until you get the consistency similar to that of a juice.

While this may or may not taste very nice (depending on your preferences), the health benefits and the detoxification properties of each and every ingredient in the juice is admirable. For example, kale and celery are high in dietary fiber, with kale practically being a zero fat and low calorie food for those conscious about their weight.

Coconut oil is high in natural saturated fat (HDL or high density lipoprotein) that prevents the buildup of LDL or low density lipoprotein, thus maintaining heart health. All of this, combined with a lot of minerals in green apple results in a juice that will flush those toxins out and keep your body clean and fresh for a very long time.
