Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe vera gel has been used since time immemorial for a variety of health purposes, including relief from itching. Just take a fresh aloe vera leaf, extract the gel out of it, rub it on the affected area for ~10 minutes and let it stay for better results or rinse if you do not want it on your feet.
It’s important to keep your skin hydrated to prevent the itching or at the very least minimize it. As long as you use an unscented and uncolored moisturizer, it can be quite beneficial. Make sure to apply it during the day or at least an hour before bed so that the skin is hydrated prior to going to sleep.
When life gives you lemons, it’s okay to satiate your taste buds by making lemonades, but it’s even better to use it in getting rid of itchy feet. Jokes apart, lemon has anti-inflammatory properties that can get rid of itchy feet that can be cause of many skin disorders such as psoriasis and eczema.
Oatmeal or Baking Soda Bath
Both oatmeal and baking soda are excellent ingredients that help you in getting rid of that itch in no time. Just add 2 cups of either baking soda or the oatmeal to your bath before going to sleep and you’ll feel relief from the itchy sensation. You could even try a combination of two to get better results by adding one cup of each ingredient.

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that can soothe the skin and also prevent the spreading of bacterial infection (in case of one). Just mix one part ACV in 2 parts of water and apply it on the affected area.
